Hey just some advice they say money can’t buy time but in Hcotw you can by buying and placing tents around the map and also exploring all the outpost it may take a while but it will save you a lot of time later on in the game if I could go back in time and make myself to do that I would
@ That’s what I do whenever I get a new map. Before I even shoot anything I hop on the ATV and open all the outposts and outlooks… then you are off to the races and can access so much more water sources to harvest animals to gain money and experience! Great comment and thanks for adding that!
When I was hunting the mocha moose, I accidentally took a photo unknowing that it would runoff. I thought I would be able to take both a picture and shoot it in my decision-making. I decided the best idea would be to reset the game and see if maybe my progress would be forgotten, and I can try again and take my shot. This did actually end up working but I do not know if it was just luck that it allowed me to try again.
It is possible to photograph and harvest the New Zealand mocha moose. After the photo, and it sprints, it can be tracked. It ends up at the end of lake running circle laps. Second opportunity to claim.

@@gabeboldt4294 it would be super cool if they had one per reserve with a cool story. The backstories to these guys are what entertains me. I have 500+ diamonds and 9 great ones and I still enjoy taking down Mr. black or the Mocha Moose
@@OllieStewart_200 You are correct. The first mission is to take a picture of him at Balmont Lake. The second mission is to either harvest him at high swamps by Hope or take a picture of him at high swamps by Trampvine. You get the choice, but the only choice is to harvest him!
@@johncosta6299 there’s a large area that comes in the orange. I would scope all the areas within that area at halfway point of their drink time and pick up any zones and use the cross bow
@PikaTheCockatiel I had another person in the comments say they were able to harvest it twice by accident. It’s also possible if you press new game as much as I do. I’ve got 2 or 3 from my numerous play throughs

@ do the mission again. There are known glitches with missions sometimes. Also it’s a free mission diamond that everyone gets, so it’s not considered hacking or modding
There are no mission specific springbok. But there are missions where you have to harvest one. You got lucky and found the diamond on your map! That’s amazing!
By the way the wolf isn’t the only animal with blood on it the super rare bear on Medved has blood on his chest where she said she shot him with buckshot the night it tried to attack them

@ from all my playthroughs there’s a secret I’ll share with you about initial spawn diamonds! The probability of finding a second is very low… but if you find a second, the chance of a third is like 99%! I would go find all your drink zones and see if there is a third! Good luck!

@@gigax2219 yes, but it’s not rare and females don’t make diamond. This video is about “trophy” mission animals. So they have to be rare or max level. There’s missions on Hirschfelden where there is a level 7 red deer and a level 4 European Bison, but the community wouldn’t consider them trophies! good call though! Thanks for commenting
When you take a photo of the mocha moose it will run away deep into the forest, but after it runs away it will stop and continue to warning call you, you can then follow the calls and shoot the moose because it will be standing there looking at you.

Believe or not I managed to track down the moose after taking a picture of it, it took almost an hour of tracking but I found it and got it

Just finished Vualez#9 and sadly #10 is to bow hunt a coyote at a lake that I have no drink zones…any tips to fix this?

There are no mission specific springbok. But there are missions where you have to harvest one. You got lucky and found the diamond on your map! That’s amazing!
