I loved this message on the heart of the Father. The Biblical references from the Old Testament brought me to tears. He is such a loving, faithful Father. Thank you for this precious word.
Okay, first he remarks on theologians and mentions not to give them a hard time as they study God and who He is. Okay, I agree and respect that. But then he makes a ridiculous remark saying God said to Adam “do me a favor, don’t eat of the tree” what an irresponsible remark. God commanded not asked a favor. Most people will just let that go by. But I am a Theologian. God is loving, and He commands of humanity and does not ask favors. What an irresponsible remark. The example for fathers is not to ask favors of children but to give them direction and spiritual formation by God’s command (Deuteronomy 6:1-9).
Thank you for this message
