I think the problem with Kimmy is is that she hast to put others down to feel good about herself or feel in power that can only get you so far in life and she learned the hard way, but I was kind of hoping that she had to get the berries out at the pond.

In the episode it is said it's a native brazilian fruit that Adriana Lima loved but, in real life, we don't have this in Brazil (I got so confused when I watched the episode that I had to look this up). They just used rambutan to represent this fictional fruit.
That Wilhelmina even gave Kimmie 3 more chances to put the necklace in the shoot is a miracle itself. She fires people for so much less than that.
