I know he gives the team an outlet to get up the pitch but its the chronic lack of end product that lets him down. With most of last season's squad staying, its difficult to see potential for progress. Still, survival would be job done again!
No ambition whatsoever. A mid table League 2 budget, with a "Like it or lump it" attitude toward the fans.......once they've got your season ticket renewal money!!
