Creating your mod is creating everything ( textures AND 3d models ), you don't just have to take an already made model and expot it to gta V ... And to the one who says I'm a hater or anything, I'm learning 3ds max and I have already created cars.

U mess 1 little thing up, it could fry the PC or cause major problems down the road. Console is just more accessible and easier to deal with although u risk lower quality, performance, and overall, the experience. As long as u enjoy what ur playing, that's all that matters.

GTX1080ti is 30% faster and you need that to run GTA V... Here in Norway the GTX1080 is a bad buy when you can get the 1080ti for only 20% more.
