I first heard it on the radio and was moved deeply by it. It made me think immediately of my relationship with God. Then, I was actually sad when I saw the video because my father was abusive and still is to this day. 💔 I’m grateful for a God who steps in the gap when our earthly fathers fall short.
I am so sorry for that but the Fathers love goes so deep that it touches every place in hearts and He heals our minds, our bodies and our spirit. I love you
I’m so sorry :’). you’re right, though, our lord is a father to the fatherless :D. it sounds like you’re not living with your father anymore, but if you are, I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to live. one of my friends chose to continue quietly suffering and keep the whole thing a secret, and that only hurt them more :’). I’ll be keeping you in my prayers!

My beautiful daughter is using this song on her wedding day in a few short weeks, for her father and daughter dance. She is extremely blessed to have both an earthly and heavenly Father that adores her and whom she can call and fall on anytime.

It’s raining from my eyes. Brings me back to my dad helping me move to my first apartment in another city a few hours away. He was my best friend. We talked every day while I lived there & when I came home to visit every month you would think he hasn’t seen me in forever. Sometimes have tears in his eyes when I was backing out the driveway to head back. He’s been high above the stars for almost 17 years now but I still know he’s by my side whenever I need him.

I heard this Amazing reassuring song first on spirit radio Ireland 🇮🇪 and i was deeply INSPIRED and REASSURED as single parent after a difficult separation, that i can always fall on Jesus the safest place to fall 😢.
I kept searching for this song on UA-cam for a while now but couldn't find it as i did not know the name of the singer. Thank God today the spirit radio was playing it again on my way to work as i was having alot of thoughts. i was able to finally find it on UA-cam, my favourite song and a special Christmas gift from God to me, the lyrics is everything to me , Jesus is the Love of my life because HE IS SO REAL and FAITHFUL. Last Christmas as my hope and love was so high in Jesus that was when I wrote the first comment .... but today I am lost in thoughts as my physical health is not looking good from medical errors. Some how God brought me again to listen to this song. I was reading the comment section to encourage my spirit in the Lord but Suddenly I saw my comment from 5 months ago....😢

I know this song is about Jesus. And rightfully so. But this song also makes me think of my mom who we lost a little over a year ago. My mom was as close as you could get to Jesus. No matter what you did, no matter how dumb you acted. My mom always forgave. She always listened. She was always a kind heart. The door was always open no matter what.

It’s not easy, but seeing them succeed and happy is everything. My son graduated from college last year, and he’s such a good human. It’s amazing watching them grow into adults and become a best friend. My son and i talk or text everyday.
@@kelli6945 our youngest son (we have 4 kids) is in his 2nd year of university. I bawled like a baby on the day we dropped him off. It's like a piece of you goes with them. Our kids are all "good humans" as well. Our youngest gal lives in Tasmania and came back to Canada to get married last August. We hadn't seen her in over 5 years. We have given them their roots and in turn, they were able to soar. It's still so hard though Momma. Thankful for God's peace to get me through the hard days!

I awoke with this song playing in my head this morning. I know I'm not the only one who the Lord does this to, downloading songs into your spirit man to let you know that he's always there. I like many others here don't have that kind of relationship with my birth father, and we're estranged, but I am so glad that my God is there for me to lean on, to bring me comfort, to show me grace and mercy when I mess up, to love me unconditionally. People like me, who never had a father like this, feeling rejected, unwanted by him, I'm crying while watching this but remembered that when i felt my saddest about this, God, my heavenly Father said to me I have always been there for you as a father. I have never left your side all your life. realizing this was true i have almost never mourned feeling abandoned by my earthly father much after that. But this video does give my heart a little sadness.
