Today is 08/04/2024, I'm watching this video in my room in Te Anau/New Zealand in the house of a family from Sri Lanka .
I'm writing this because I've dreaming of this longboard since I arrived in New Zealand but bringing it to my home country is insanely expensive (home country is Brazil). So, as they have a retailer in Chile, what I'm doing is saving as much money as I can, go back to my country in September and from there set a mission to Chile with my brother, buy the Hadean Carbon 2in1 and RIDE THE 4.400km BACK to my country (also hitchhiking). It will be a f****cking nice adventure.
I wrote that so I can remember this when I'm back to my country and I will post some Edits to it as a reminder to myself and also to inspire people to be determinated for what they want. If you see a problem, don't give up! Instead, try to find solution!

This kind of innovation is what I need from my hyper-focused hobbies, it’s always keeping me on my toes and am absolutely blown away by the design and features, can’t wait to kick around on one!!

its absolutely worth it! trust me. the hadean is sooo worth it. i habe a very old gen 2 bord an a too very old gt bamboo and them are worth it to but rhe new one is sooo sick. compare the price to an e- mountainbike , when you look at it from that standpoint its not so expensive anymore and if you are a boarder you habe soo much more fun. im saving money right now for the hadean its so addictive i swear. and with a real life range of 65-70 kilometers. you can go on bigtime tours. i lovve this company and i never ever have regretted buying on. the 2 boards i habe where the best buys of my life ❤

Integrating a brake light was cool…except it’s not on the back of the board, it’s on the ground which is useless.
Right? In the video they said there was a bunch of new tech and smarts, but failed to mention anything else besides the lights??? I was hoping the board would turn on with the remote or something... Pretty sure Exway does it.
Definitely the best “toy” I ever bought! Almost 1,000 miles in 9 months. Have the Bamboo Hadean and now I want the Carbon. Great company excellent costumer service and incredible people!
Hey Evolve, you've chosen the wrong price! I think about the price for 4 wheels, but the price for 2 wheels is an act of throwing away the existing Evolve users 😱😱
How is that? The Bamboo GTR 2in 1 is 2100€. I just get the Bamboo Hadean Street for 300€ more when I keep my existing All-Terrain Wheels. Evolve always was a asking a premium price. When taking inflation into account it’s just a few bucks more expensive. So I don’t see how especially existing users are thrown away.
@@gehtnurdurch Plus they keep the GTR line. Good chance there might be a follow-up to that one as well which is between GTR and Hadean. Like a revised GTR.

I wish they worked a bit more on the charger and battery features. Would like to set the percent charged on the charger. Would like a smart battery that discharges automatically to a storage charge if I put it way on 100% charge and forget about it. Would also like a couple of USB ports on the charger for charging the remote and head lights. Controlling the charge rate would be nice. If I have the time, I would be kind to the battery and charge it at a slower rate.
Just ordered mine! Cannot wait to ride it and zip around the neighborhood. Looks like so much fun!!

Everything I wanted in the bamboo GTR, you guys provided and so much more with the new series. So stoked! Keep it up! It would be awesome if guys should find some way to do a board trade-in, especially for those who just bought the GTR!
I literally just wrote that above, I bought the carbon GTR, while I like it a lot I did specifically ask 2 months ago when I bought if there was something on horizon. As far as me I’m 230-240lbs so to get the power out of my current GTR I’m always maxing it out and don’t get further than a few miles before battery is dwindling.. make a trade program for situations like this or atleast a incentive for current board holders less than few months…

This is a great video, very informative. I have the Hadean in Bamboo. Love the smooth ride and carving up sidewalks and trail. Better than snowboarding and skiing for me.
This board is probably going to cost your arm your leg and your life savings

Who comes up with the prices? I was a sucker to drop $1,800 on the Bamboo GTR. Not worth it.

Don't know if this video shows off how good the Hadean is...or showing off how overpriced the GTR is. Line the stock GTR up against a BKB Duo...and get wrecked. Hadean? Xenith BKB Duo....would eat its lunch. Can't wait to see one
@Michael Haha, guess you didn't REALLY look into the board. They come at 3000w max for the pair, the motors are rated up to 6000w(3000w each). This board is beyond faster than a GTR and faster than anything exway could dream of for $1k....its otherworldly how torquey it is. With my gearing, I can do 32 on a nead dead battery, more than the maximum speed a GTR goes flat out fully charged. I personally did a test, granted not in anyway a controlled test, but even swapped boards. The GTR disappointed me, and he was giggling his ass off the whole time. His exact words were "d*mn that thing is fast" and is now is going to sell his BGTR and his CGTR buy 2 BKB Duos and a beastboard as he was already planning on getting a beastboard for his buddies to ride. Sad to see such a great company have such a bad case of cranial-rectalitus.
I have been riding my boys GT for years he rides the GTR. I’m foaming at the mouth looking at the new Hadean. I can’t wait to get my feet on the board and rip up some east coast forest trails!!
Just off of this video alone, I'm sold. They really put alot of effort into this.
Looks good guys, that range is fantastic. You’ve done everything I would love to have in my GTR. But do still love the GTR, so even though it looks great I’m going to find it hard to justify upgrading. Just make sure you have you quality control dialed up. I was one of the unlucky punters who had the GTR back being repaired under warranty twice in the first 3 months of owning it.

Solid array of tests and conditions. I appreciate that you used differenf riders of different weight classes, it's one of the biggest factors in battery consumption.

I'm coming back here to brag that I finally got a Hadean Carbon that was only 15 miles / 2 hour use and pretty much new condition for $1000! The deal was too good to pass up. While the Diablo just got released, I"m happy with the Hadean.

I don't understand all the hate. I have two GTR's in my family and they are great boards. These look like a decent improvement, especially the remote! Would love to test out the new one

Love the effort you guys have gone to push the limits in terms of design and the testing was next level. I know Burley Hill well my sister moved up there years ago from Melbourne. Gotta get one, just ordered from Twelve Board Store get it mid October. They told me, however much you think you will use it X this by 10, everyone uses their way more than they thought they would, going to be sick fun.
It's a steep hill! And we agree with Twelve, once you have one you will find more uses than you imagined.

How do you find the carbon GTR? I just got one. Unfortunately it started smoking up as soon as I turned it on so I need to swap it over and can’t use it yet. I’m so looking forward to it though
@@welchy-sd8sy It's amazing. A smooth very enjoyable ride, and with the AT wheels I can ride over really rough surfaces. I love the double kingpin trucks for their manouverability. I tried a few e-boards at the store and the carbon GTR was a stand-out for me.

Looks like a great setup . Would love to see this evolution of tech used on a double kick stoke sized board . That range is mega , my legs hurt after after 15kms !

I rode 58 km today . First ride in 4 years . Calves were a little ache but feels fine tonight . Amazing part is my right back foot went numb so i got off so I think every 20 I'm you should go for a walk a bit

This should be possible to make a lot cheaper with same speeds, range and riding experience + LED lights that is customisable! I would love an off-road E-Board but not for the price i could purchase a decent used car for... Your products is only aimed for the wealthy people.. Sadly!

36% more battery capacity is supposed to be an improvement?! Yet same top speed and a bit more range than the GTR for $1000 bucks more??!! I guess for the remote dropping tards and built in L.E.D. light loving set this is an improvement, but to former GTR owners merely a minorlong over due fix for past issues that have been addressed in Evolve videos after many already spent 2Gs on the flawed GTR. burn me once shame on you, no chance for a second shaming on me thank you very much.
Don't think the gtr is rated to go up to 50km / hr like this new one is .
Well done Evolve, perfect option for those that want more out of their boards. I still love my GTR, but it bloody temping to pull the trigger on one of these.

I’m glad the remotes stronger, I fell off the board and protected the remote because I was worried it was going to break. And then I shattered my wrist from the remote.

Hello Evolve, I am so happy with all your product and the possibility for upgrades, I like to buy a Battery enclosure of Hadean Bamboo which is amazing, please can you tell me how can I buy that part in Europe?
Guys this was great - Enthusiast communities are pretty toxic on the internet across the board... Yet you guys listened to everything and tried to make it better in all ways the community wanted. I don't know how small businesses like Evolve do it honestly, but your work looks to really payoff here.
As a Carbon GTR owner, I have been thinking about upgrading to an upmarket competitors product, but have just not wanted to shell out 5-6k for an e-skate (I am sure you know which boards I am talking about). I'm definitely picking one of these up as they are priced right for the performance.
One note, please get the Hardware - Spare Fasteners kit back in stock in the United States for the GTR, It's been out of stock for a good while. I stripped one of the motor mount bolts installing the bash guard. Totally my doing.

What innovation? They brought literally nothing new to the table that other boards haven't done already.
@@XenoTravis They are making some claims in the video that doesn't go into much details, but by giving them benefit of the doubt, they probably didn't just straight up copy other boards despite features that it has have been seen all around. Or at least they are upgrading their boards to stay up to date. I don't think that Hadean boards are bad consumer boards. But the price kills the deal.

Innovation would be a bit of a stretch but nice design, yes.
I think it would be cool to have a Bamboo with all the new materials in the Style of Bamboo GT. Make it a light board with reach of 30 km on ST Setup. That would be enough for me :D
This board is not made to be "enough", it's supposed to be the best of the best.
If you want something "enough" for you seek some more budget boards or perhaps the normal GT board :)

I'm lucky enough to be using the Exway atlats 4WD and I would recommend it for sure and there's a reason...
Apart from being very customizable (you can maximize performance or range, totally up to you and to fit your riding style) I'm also aware of the over heating issues Evolve has, not to mention the super stupid prices, Hadean is a great example, but also since watching that video with Matty in it, calling Exway for cheap china boards, coming from the biggest eskate company out there is shameful and I'm pretty sure anyone can tell regardless of if they use Exway, Evolve, Meepo or whatever else...
Apart from that after inspecting the board further it really feels like they just released a board for the sake of doing just that, bumping up the motors and the battery not to mention the price, and expect people to buy it just because of their reputation..
I don't know your situation rn, but if you want the most value out of your money consider swapping the battery out depending on how old your board is ofc, but if you got a few bucks to spare I'd recommend the Exway Atlas while it's still in stock. You get pretty much a solid mid tier board that can flex towards your style, with continued updates thru the app it self.
Otherwise (in case you desire an Evolve board)you can always head for a Bamboo GTR to spice things up, but be aware it's not the best money can buy.
Don't feel comfortable taking that pricy board off-road and give it a good beat (ride hard). Cost a little too much for me to enjoy this without worrying too much if I crash it lol
