What benefits for skin did you notice?
I went from Cola to this tea. It's been my go to beverage since.
We eat everyday as a sambol in srilanka. Very tasty and nutritious!
How to eat it dry or fresh?
siddiq akbar One way is a salad, slice a bunch of the Gotu kola, chop up one tomato, slice half of a medium-sized red onion, about a cup of grated coconut, chop up 1 green chili, a slice of lime, salt, and black pepper. The second way, is like a soup/porridge boil 3 cups red rice, add 1/2 sliced red onion, 4 cloves of garlic, one sprig of curry leaves, salt, black pepper, when it’s about done cooking add 1 cup coconut cream/milk. As for the Gotu Kola, finely blend about two handfuls in a blender with a little water, strain it, it should be creamy, add it to the soup, let it cook a little and it’s done. It’s delicious.

"GOTU KOLA" is a Sri Lankan word it means "Curvy Leaf". it grows mostly everywhere in Srilanka.also in Srilanka we have another variation it's called "Veda gotu kola" and they have more nutrients than bigger Leaf variation.

I have this growing in my backyard.I used to put 8-10 leaves in my green smoothie everyday but now I just eat them straight.They taste OK.
