Hi I am coming to Dubai and have been hearing stories about swimming at the Palm Jumeriah. Is the water really stagnant? Stupid question sorry. I am looking for a beach hotel and a nice view. Not the wheel. I love swimming in the sea. ANY advice would be appreciated. Your vlogs are amazing btw thank you
