The main problem with JetSuitX appears to be that it is claiming it is something it is not.
The flight seems pretty good, and the price too, however, the the fact that they market it as a private jet when it isn't is the main downer....

A few months ago I had a trip from Oakland, CA (OAK) to Orange County (SNA). I was planning to fly via Southwest Airlines and decided to fly JSX to experience it. When I looked at the numbers I actually paid less for my round trip flight on JSX than what I would have paid if I flew Southwest. No lines, no hassle and an awesome experience from beginning to end.

Noel, I’ve done a JSX flight from Oakland to Vegas, although that was when they flew from Concord airport. Really was quiet and far more exclusive. Same when we landed at Vegas. We picked up our bags on the runaway as you would on a bus. Unfortunate you had the busy terminal and the delay seems an unlucky one-off. I’d thoroughly recommend JSX to anyone. It did feel like a joy, turning up 30 mins before a flight, no security etc. Go for it!

A lot of people were confused by some of the older marketing materials. JSX started as an outgrowth of JetSuite, which is a private jet charter business. They originally marketed JetSuiteX (as it was then known) as “semi-private,” but that wasn’t particularly clear. Between the much-too-similar names and confusing marketing, it left some first-time customers confused about what they were buying.
Since then they have radically changed their marketing strategy, starting with a name change last year. It’s now JSX to better distinguish it from JetSuite, and they no longer use the term “semi-private” to describe the experience. To best capture the value proposition, they’re calling it a “hop on jet service.” The value is time and convenience more than anything, though space and personal service are nice perks as well.
Of course things have changed a bit since you flew, courtesy of COVID-19. JSX is still flying, albeit with a very reduced schedule. But having a number of spare aircraft on hand has allowed them to do some interesting things, including a huge set of repatriation flights. Once the crisis subsides I think their future is pretty bright considering their growth plans.

It looks like a regional carrier sporting a five-hour delay and operating out of KBFI which you rightly point out is a loooong way from SeaTac. Many of the large tech companies run "private" shuttles from sites around the US. People who use the service are usually low grade project workers so its not exclusive to executives etc... So its not like a private jet terminal in other countries, its a working utility terminal.

About as high as Rainier and almost as high as the Matterhorn, but less popular because it's in a sparsely populated region. Went on a stopping service to Brisbane via Newcastle, port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Lismore and Coolangatta. Drinks were in an Esky kicked down the aisle by the co-pilot. @@tomstravels520 potentially, that would make more sense if that did :)
Also it would be so much easier if more delivery firms had those lockers where they can live my package for people to collect it.
Personally I have one more problem. Loads of delivery driver approach my building from the wrong side where doors are not equipped with entry system. So they just report it as "we could not enter your building" and drive away

jur4x well depends who you order from. You can leave delivery instructions before placing order. Also if they only delivered early morning and evening then they wouldn’t get many parcels delivered and some people might be waiting ages for theirs to arrive

More often than not you're the only person on it. They don't advertise it or promote it in any way - they usually go empty or have just one passenger onboard. So in that respect it is private.

Must be hard to stay in business with that many spare seats even before the covid-19 outbreak

I don’t fully get the private jet thing the airport lounge just looks like a normal airport lounge. The plane just looks like any other of its type. I hates airlines that try to be something that they are not
