When Judy was calculating his total income she stated "$200 a day since you were twelve - so, times 20..." IE, he had been making that money for 20 years. Thus, Nick was 32.
It has been officially said that Nick is 29, while Judy is 24. Look it up. XD But very similar ages, yes. And his eyes are supposed to be green, that is kinda annoying. (^-^;)
