I am going to the Mix Tape tour in June with my bestie, I have dog shows and day trips to the beach planned. ☺️ also just little things, accomplishments and accolades that may not matter to anyone but me. It’s a good recap of the month and a reminder to look back on at the end of the year.
I love this idea how u plan to use it...I agree for myself I don't always have super busy days and weeks and I love photos... And recap of the month journaling is how I would use it, but I just have a simple happy planner from Walmart nothing fancy yet lol... I bought it just to see if I liked it and I really do so I'll be buying up next time... But this is a beautiful planner and I'm not a fan of flowers, I like roses and hydrangeas and tulips and peonies . But this is very nice and the color scheme is what draws me...

I am currently using a HP mostly also, and found that the weekly checklists only really worked if you start with the first of the month, which might not be on Monday, then just use one checklist section for each day. It kinda bugged me not to have a week on one page, but it actually is working out ok now. There are 31 groups of checklists, so one for each day. I also used some date stickers, and days of the week stickers to date them. It is my most useful planner I own....and I have a lot! So pretty and functional too. Thanks for sharing!!
I love everything about this! Just a heads up, because i made this mistake, if you use that 8th box as a notes (where you have UA-cam) section of the weekly, you will run out of days because there are only 31 sections! I hope that made sense. However, if anyone can make it work, its you!

I just picked up this planner on sale for $13. I wanted it because it’s gorgeous! But I had no idea how to use it! You’ve given me some great ideas on how to use it. I’m planning to use it for social media, goal and the notes sheets for my personal budget. I have certain bills I pay and my husband pays the other bills... so I will only track mine in this this and our household bills in my catch all. Which household is basically my husbands bills. But I will then have an overview of what’s coming in and going out monthly combined between the two of us. I have the budget planner, but it’s not set up how I like it, so I need to tweak it so it will work for us, at some point because it is undated, I don’t feel the need to jump into it yet. Thank you for sharing. Your handwriting is beautiful. Your list page and is so nice and neat. I love it! ❤️

I wanted this the second I saw it, but hesitated because I wasn't sure how to put it into practice. What you've done here actually simplifies things a great deal, joining the monthly outlook and the simple repeating things that we all have to do. The flexibility of the daily tasks pages didn't hit me as potential weekly pages format until you drafted that! For your notes pages, since you've said that Bible study is important to you, why not use that spot to note something unique in scripture that is meaningful to you that month? Or maybe document or track a decision to lean toward "Scripture Over Scroll?" Or maybe you could use the Notes pages as a place to slap some sticky photos from the month if that appeals to you, you know with those little photo printers and the sticky-back photo paper. (I've been meaning to splurge on these myself.) The notes pages are a nice open format of pages which, compared to the structured preceding pages before it, truly invite free-form creative expression. Maybe you could use the Notes pages as part vision board for the next month? Or use the dashboard for the month as a vision board? The possibilities are endless. And indeed precisely because those possibilities can become daunting, I so appreciate you bravely jumping to use and reshape the many (MANY) HP layouts into what works for you. You've given me ideas! You're a great role model to show it's OK to embrace change as your life changes. I had hesitated to let myself have a variety of these planners for so long until I realized that the disc system lets me switch it up as I need easily. I learned I'm not "wasting" anything because the pages are re-datable and I end up with a library of formats for my weeks as the shape of them change. Some weeks a dashboard layout is ideal because I need to focus on just a few priorities each day. Other weeks, I'm way more time-and-place-bound, and I need a more vertical lined or even timed format to keep track of the appointments. It changes for me a lot, even with a "normal" 9-5 depending on the demands. And of course my goals, which become refined or reconsidered over time. And that's OK, because the whole value of planning is a form of journaling. It's a creative leaning in to our lives. As we write out our weeks or sticker them up or whatever, we can't help but gain insight into how we are spending our hours adding up to our years. And if we learn we're unhappy with how we are doing in some way, well alright! That's an opportunity to reconsider our paths. Thank you for being such a creative inspiration here right down to knowing that YES, girl, we all wanted you to sidebar and tell us about your Marshalls finds for nail colors. ($3.99 for an OPI? Wow.) Agreed: Not much of a bright color girl myself on the daily, but maybe you should embrace that hot pink in Portugal!
I just got this planner today...I love it. I have about 500 botanical pictures I've taken and I'm going to put them through out to really personalize each monthly spread. By the way...I told my husband that I think you are my spirit animal. LOL Love your videos!
I use my notes for any major things that happen for that month. Right now we’re dealing with a dogs seizures, so we have to keep track of that. Last month, doctors visits for my hurt foot. So just keeping track of important things in more detail. Beautiful planner, so happy I found your channel, very inspiring.

Perhaps if you need more half pages, cut the note pages in half and you can just washi tape it on the week your working on? Love your videos thanks for the inspiration!
I keep journaling pages in each month so I'll know how I'm feeling. It usually let's me know why I'm being productive or not accomplishing my goals. If I had that planner, that's exactly what I'd do with those 2 extra pages. BTW: Love your channel.

Love your monthly spread. Very beautiful and well coordinated. Not sure if you are doing this somewhere else but you could use the notes pages as your house selling and buying strategy section for the month or a home vision board, Ideas, etc. One page for selling and other for buying. All things related to that huge task.

Hi Quita, you are a great inspiration as usual, I loved the idea of categorizing the monthly layout and for the two note pages on the back I would use them to journal and track my progress for this month.
You have great nail beds. Your nails themselves aren’t long beyond your fingertips however, you have nice nail beds that allow for your hands to look beautiful without having long nails. I have short nail beds. If my nails aren’t at least 1/4 of an inch beyond my fingertips I feel like my fingers look like toes when I polish my nails. Whenever I do polish my nails, I agree on the muted neutral tones. They are sophisticated and will coordinate with any outfit. Now to the task at hand...I absolutely adore this planner. I had always wondered how you kept up with all the different sections and or planners that you were using and it gave me slight anxiety. Thank you for your content and sharing your craft with us. ❤️
Absolutely gorgeous Quita! Maybe use the notes pages as weekly reflections. Plans change and life happens, so I think a simple, cute recap would fit nicely here. Or, maybe use them for a goals tracker so we won't lose site of them in the daily hustle & bustle since most of us write them out the first of the year.
I got this planner at Hobby Lobby the other day, and my sister told me I needed to watch your planning videos to get some inspo! 💕 I think on that final notes page, I’m going to make it more of a “monthly highlights” page, where I write my favorite moments from the month, add Instax photos, etc. Because I love going back through my planners at the end of the year to see what I accomplished, and I think that would be really fun to have!
I loved this video. I have those pages in the drama llama planner that I dont use because I didnt know how to use then. I may frankenplan a week to see how i can use them. The planner is gorgeous, I am not a flower person but these are really different. As for the last two sheets, use them for journaling. Maybe a monthly recap or something

This is such a great way to use this planner. You should make seasonal bucket lists on the notes pages especially since many Happy Planner sticker books have seasonal bucket list stickers

I use the mini drama llama and I use the notes to jot down anything important that's happening or did happen that month. Kinda like cute tidbits memory keeping style.
Love your spread Sis! You inspired me to purchase the Big Monthly HP. Keep doing what you're doing! As for the notes page, maybe you can use it for ideas, brain dump, or as a journal page for the month- ie- what went well, need improvement, positive vibes, etc. Hope that helps!

Hi Quita ! I have a suggestion for your lined note pages. Why not use them for “prayer writing” . You seem to have a busy life with ministry ,family and you tube etc. they are all a part of a busy week. Select a time either once a week or monthly and hand write out your prayer to the Lord. Make your requests, concerns, questions and plans to the Lord. Write like you are talking to a friend and through out the week or month just read through it. I guarantee you will begin to see how God is answering your prayers. Don’t be concerned with how much you write just ask Holy Spirit to help you express your heart. THEN I place a small sticker star next to the answered prayers as they are answered. I include prayer petitions for my husband and kids too. Don’t hold back, get personal with God and talk to him about anything or anyone on your heart. I try to write 1x per week and Once a month I write a gratitude note to God and mention any updates or answered prayers with a big Thank you. Prayer Writing has really helped to increase my faith because it causes me to notice the shuttle ways in which God moves in my life.Try it , I believe you will be blessed.
For the lined pages in the back use them for future planning..... For example if you have any video ideas or if you gotta make appts for next month, write it down on the line pages... Especially since it's going into the future month.
Maybe u could do Birthdays , or photos or maybe movies or shows u want to watch hobby lobby/happy planner wish list or maybe a recap of ur month like journaling ...
The spread is beautiful! I think I will have to go to Hobby Lobby next week and get this planner. As far as the "Notes" section goes; I have used it to write the theme for the monthly broadcast and to take notes on it and writing the name of the original song. Its really nice to go back later and be able to call to mind those gems from that month.

Oh yeah. I'm sold on this planner, LOL. I have been looking for somethign to use for a business planner. I just need something where I can make lists and plan out some future stuff, and I think this will do it. :D
You should use the note side for planning by illustrating your ideas in a book that way if you need to make modifications later when starting on it, it won't be a pain. That's what I do. But now I got a separate book for my crafting illustration of projects I have done and I won't forget in case someone asked me lol
Use your note sections for sermons or Important BIBLE notes. You could also make a memory journal for the month. Do a little each week. Pick important things you want to remember.

I really enjoyed seeing how you made the monthly and daily spreads your own; Also, too I feel like the monthly system is simplier, but confusing.. because although you have the monthly to-dos you don't have the weekly to-dos broken down, so how would you know how to prioritize your days? If you widen the meal plan and start at the bottom row of dots you can make more uniform 6x6 boxes.

I got this planner at Hobby Lobby the other day, and my sister told me I needed to watch your planning videos to get some inspo! 💕 I think on that final notes page, I’m going to make it more of a “monthly highlights” page, where I write my favorite moments from the month, add Instax photos, etc. Because I love going back through my planners at the end of the year to see what I accomplished, and I think that would be really fun to have!
I loved this video. I have those pages in the drama llama planner that I dont use because I didnt know how to use then. I may frankenplan a week to see how i can use them. The planner is gorgeous, I am not a flower person but these are really different. As for the last two sheets, use them for journaling. Maybe a monthly recap or something

I’m pretty sure I’m sold on this planner!! The idea of only having to relate the monthly section is such a draw! I love it!
I use my monthly layout as a food diary, the last pages are for journaling about my experiences at the gym or any diet I want to try out that month.

This is such a great way to use this planner. You should make seasonal bucket lists on the notes pages especially since many Happy Planner sticker books have seasonal bucket list stickers

I use the mini drama llama and I use the notes to jot down anything important that's happening or did happen that month. Kinda like cute tidbits memory keeping style.

Love your spread Sis! You inspired me to purchase the Big Monthly HP. Keep doing what you're doing! As for the notes page, maybe you can use it for ideas, brain dump, or as a journal page for the month- ie- what went well, need improvement, positive vibes, etc. Hope that helps!

Hi Quita ! I have a suggestion for your lined note pages. Why not use them for “prayer writing” . You seem to have a busy life with ministry ,family and you tube etc. they are all a part of a busy week. Select a time either once a week or monthly and hand write out your prayer to the Lord. Make your requests, concerns, questions and plans to the Lord. Write like you are talking to a friend and through out the week or month just read through it. I guarantee you will begin to see how God is answering your prayers. Don’t be concerned with how much you write just ask Holy Spirit to help you express your heart. THEN I place a small sticker star next to the answered prayers as they are answered. I include prayer petitions for my husband and kids too. Don’t hold back, get personal with God and talk to him about anything or anyone on your heart. I try to write 1x per week and Once a month I write a gratitude note to God and mention any updates or answered prayers with a big Thank you. Prayer Writing has really helped to increase my faith because it causes me to notice the shuttle ways in which God moves in my life.Try it , I believe you will be blessed.
For the lined pages in the back use them for future planning.....
For example if you have any video ideas or if you gotta make appts for next month, write it down on the line pages... Especially since it's going into the future month.
Maybe u could do Birthdays , or photos or maybe movies or shows u want to watch hobby lobby/happy planner wish list or maybe a recap of ur month like journaling ...

The spread is beautiful! I think I will have to go to Hobby Lobby next week and get this planner. As far as the "Notes" section goes; I have used it to write the theme for the monthly broadcast and to take notes on it and writing the name of the original song. Its really nice to go back later and be able to call to mind those gems from that month.

Oh yeah. I'm sold on this planner, LOL. I have been looking for somethign to use for a business planner. I just need something where I can make lists and plan out some future stuff, and I think this will do it. :D
Use it for prayers and gratitude
You should use the note side for planning by illustrating your ideas in a book that way if you need to make modifications later when starting on it, it won't be a pain. That's what I do. But now I got a separate book for my crafting illustration of projects I have done and I won't forget in case someone asked me lol
You can use those note pages for brain dumps for upcoming stuff or projects you want and need to get done for the following month

Use your note sections for sermons or Important BIBLE notes. You could also make a memory journal for the month. Do a little each week. Pick important things you want to remember.

I really enjoyed seeing how you made the monthly and daily spreads your own; Also, too I feel like the monthly system is simplier, but confusing.. because although you have the monthly to-dos you don't have the weekly to-dos broken down, so how would you know how to prioritize your days? And, one last thing (I think😁) Are, the daily tasks boxes going to be big enough to house your to-dos? Okay, Gnight Lovely. TTYL! ✌😘
I am planning on doing a highlight of the week spread like add a couple of pictures of event that is occurring that made my week and journaling about it. I do a memory planner but this would be like the best thing of the week
