Thank you very much for these videos! I'm a new Muslim convert and these lessons help me understand Quran better. Please keep going. You're helping more than you know 💜
You've just made my day !! First of all, may Allah SWT keep you steadfast on the path of Iman !! Secondly, you are more than welcome !! Glad to hear that !! Helping you is a pleasure !! We'll try our best and we wish you all the best too !! Stay strong !!
Great lesson as always! One question. Why does al bintussagirah change into bintun sagiratun? I mean the adjective changes with noun but why does saa only has a fatha in the indefinite version unlike the saa in the definite one which has a shaddah? Does it not change the meaning?
When a sun letter follows ال, the ل is not pronounced but the letter emphasized instead. This is indicated by the shadda ّ This is a general rule and has nothing to do with definite/indefinite.
Really appreciate your support and kindness ! Glad to hear that ! It has something to do with the definite article "al" and the sun and moon letters. We highly recommend checking the full lesson in order to get it down pat.
