At the beginning Punk was way ahead of Du (because of his ability of quick learning the game) but step by step Du adapt and figured out eventually his Cammy. And of course we all know Punk is a choker on biggest stage.

You're just chatting. Not only that but he did revolutionize the way SF5 was played at some point. He's definitely not the best right now but his praise definitely is justified if you're going on past accomplishments.
People sleep on Rashid. Every hit/ special he does is ALWAYS positive frames. Extremely hard to punish.
Yup, you can't DI most of his stuff, if you burnout he exploits it as well as anyone, he's got good mix and reset potential, his neutral is just below average but he's like a better version of Kimberly imo.

Only the charged whirlwinds or enhanced mixer are ever plus and all of those require some setup to get going. Rashids move set is mostly very minus.
