Don't hate the player, hate the game. It's a championship series that rewards the leader in series points, more than individual race wins. As fans we want to see riders push hard and battle from start to finish, but incentive structure means sometimes riders are pacing themselves or cruising. Reality is, if Jett just eased up and didn't say anything about it, no obvious rule broken, and it's a strategy well played given the series structure and financial incentives.
That could very well be the last win of Rockzen's career.

Umm he’s raced 30 motos on a 450, 2 at nations, 22 nationals, and 6 smx. He’s won 26 of those motos, and got 2nd 3/4 remaining. His average finish on a 450 is 1.3. How in the world is he not the best?

Kenny was putting on the pressure, don't say he wasn't. Say that you didn't want to risk injury if you kept fighting him off. Maybe the rounds should be shorter so Jett doesn't have so much free time to let his big brain come up with these dumb ideas.

I saw an interview with Gary Bailey where he related Jetts Father said, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but on the track he's the best that's ever lived, he's well on his way to being the undisputed GOAT, his technique is impeccable, stays low as possible on jumps but gets great distance, and his body language, keeping his weight centered as much as possible in the middle of the bike, reminds me of lachien or Bayle, Jetts technique is as close to perfect as I've ever seen, As far as, not the sharpest tool in the shed?, sounds intelligent and articulate to me

He basically stumbled around trying to figure out why he did it. I bet he let Kenny by to try pass him back and it didn't work out. Also thanks jett for explaining how the points work. Wouldn't you just try and win every race if you could? People have raced their whole lives to not get a moto win.
