This is my shell challenge! Thank you so much for choosing it, Deli :D You did an amazing job ♡ I'm so glad you were excited about it and thought it was cool; I definitely created it to be unique and challenging, so I think you really went with the flow on this one and it turned out brilliantly! This has made my month and it's so surreal :P I'm happy you started loving it more after moving sims in; it worked really well and definitely had a stunning creative vibe, which I think the shell was desperate for :D Edited to Add: I actually just completed it myself and think it turned out quite well! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, partial roof garden, barbecue courtyard, etc. Definitely a challenge :D

When you started putting the roof on I was thinking wtf?! But it turned out really well! FYI you can sit things on the overcounter shelving, without move objects certain "clutter" items will fit. I like to use the round spice rack, the pepper jars, and the various utensil holders. The small standing fruit pictures fit as well. Love watching you create Ms. Deli 🖤
@@courtneyrenae I have that problem as well, so I cover ever possible space with random junk to keep the spaces occupied. The maids won't clear the plates from the shelves or the fireplace. Super annoying.

I love how Deli is using "we/us" instead of "me" when she's building and playing amazing storylines. Like, yeah, I can also build these beautiful houses and think of all the storylines, thank you for noticing that.
Just had this idea walking the dog but it would be a cool nightclub with a basement being the club area with the top being a foyer. The central part could be a smokers area (storytelling maybe)! Feel free to recreate this I only have the base game and don't want to give EA my money!
An octagonal home with a courtyard is the one home design that I had always dreamed of building irl. I really liked the mustard yellow wall, It's a bit of a *chef's kiss* Kinda wished you would have kept it in the living room, but oh well, it's the sims, I can download it and redecorate to my taste.

This is a very unique idea, I must say. Normally I wouldn't choose to roof a house like that but you made it look kinda interesting. I could also see this build be made into a community lot.

i absolutely adore this build the only thing that bothered me was the double coffee tables in the living room but nevertheless it was incredibly creative

I would use the a frame on each diagonal that all 8 go into a box one that is in the middle. Options one and two in the menu. Extend some to create an outdoor space and use the middle for the bathrooms so I could have windows on all sides. If you really wanted to use the middle as a garden move it to the roof.
Wow deli is a genius at interior design. I wonder if she has a degree in graphic design 🤔 no seriously this house is beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. I can’t wait to download it 😁
Looking back at this, I laughed at the fact that Deli places Bob Pancakes, advertised by the Sim team as “The Least Interesting Sim In the World” in this very eccentric, creative, and interesting house.
