I visited G.L just over a week ago. Straight up light-hearted fun trails where you can just let loose, enjoy, with minimal risk. I have no idea how they managed to make all those zippy, flowy trails when there's no climbs...but I'm not complaining. 😆 One thing that I wish was shared more often, is the option to start the day from Riverside Park. You get to enjoy some more easy going single track that takes you right to the Guelph Lake Trails, and works out as a nice little warm up. I didn't try everything, but I'd say Firefly was my favorite. Definitely will return and hopefully hop over to Arkell as well.
💯 I am going back to try those as well. I really enjoyed the day in Guelph!! Thank you for viewing and please subscribe if you haven't already!! Cheers
Just came across your channel, Mike. Glad you were able to check out GORBA. I was just there Thursday, they tend to add new features almost weekly, so, there may be something new there since your visit. GORBA is great preparation for The 'Cut, and they have also done a ton of work there as well this season. Always looking to connect with YTrs, for group rides. Had the privilege of riding with @BikingwithJP few times. Still hoping to meet up with @Toogy Howser, @Sluggo and some others. Maybe one of these days. Anyway, great content on your channel, subscribed. Maybe I'll see uou on the trails one day. I ride a Norco Sight A3.
Good riding Mike , GL is one of my local favs , have you ridden Arkell or Hydrocut ? Puslinch ? Lemme know if you would like to check them out , I know my way around pretty well … cheers
Hey great channel. I'm looking for riders for group rides. Hoping to meet riders from different areas that could host rides at their fav trail system. I'm old but I can shred. Lol.
Looks perfect for a hardtail or even gravel bike!
Defiantly a hard tail
GREAT riding, some nice trails
@@Bike4adventure thank you!! Much appreciated!!

Yes it was my first time, really loved the trails.
Trailforks will really help...if you pick the right loop, GL is pretty amazing.
