Must appreciate the cook. He used just adequate ingredients. No wastage of food. Absolutely clean utensils, kitchen and surrounding area. Did not add stupid things like cheese. The dish he cooked also look very good, healthy and tempting. Would love to visit this stall👍

Wow I am simply floored looking at the manner in which he prepared the dish. I am sure he must have worked in a good and reputed food outlet to have such an eye for everything. The Omlette and bread pieces spread so evenly, tossing done flawlessly and finally the Omlette presented so well. Neatness, Cleanliness, Hygiene, Presentation all get full marks 100 out of 100. No compromise whatsoever. I salute this guy for such wonderful skills. You will grow leaps and bounds in your career. Keep up the good work.
Great idea - the cubes of bread! The fry pan looks and sounds like aluminum and if so, I suggest do this, for a freshly scrubbed pan: Before putting in the oil, put just enough water into the pan and let it boil. Swirl it all over the surface of the pan! Discard the water and place back in heat. When the pan has dried, add oil and proceed as shown in the video. The first cooked side of the omelet will have a better color!
I like the concept here and going to try this at home. The only tweaks I would make to the recipe would be less butter, maybe add cheese, and less cook time (and hence less colour) on the egg side.
Finally a video with a clean kitchen,less clutter & good hygiene. No unnecessary sauces,butter,fucking cheese to make the dish yummy.
