Later, I trained it again and I could Do 4 jumps but I stopped doing it religiously because I realised that ditangquan kicks and jumps (acrobatic Moves in general) were actually a way to land with the least damage possible when you are body slammed by a wrestling move or thrown by a judo/Shuai Jiao move. if you look at this video, there are some wrestlers that get thrown and they look like they are doing a kick ua-cam.com/video/xbcc-I0qUP4/v-deo.htmlsi=IJFOoats7go1gyjk
