Camino de Santiago. Day 2 Labruge - Apúlia

I’m not entirely sure how we made it through this day!
We both almost collapsed with heat exhaustion at the end and we shivering with shock!
We got a couple of hours sleep and then felt well enough to go and get some food!

I was on that trek at the same time as you, but chose to do shorter stages the first few days. the weather was great! I turned inland at the border.
