Quit smoking about three years ago with the help of a vaporizer. I would absolutely buy one of these for my family members that still smoke. This is fantastic work.
This is amazing. I also think it's awesome you used, basically, tools almost anyone can get or may already have. Too many DIY UA-camrs use tools or machinery that most people would never have access to. Nice work.
Wow Roman ... I smoked for 32 years and have since quit, but I would of proudly owned one of your cases just due to the insanely good design and workmanship. You are truly a craftsman in the old world style. Something to be very proud of!!
Well you just made me want to go back to smoking..... Just kidding. Man this is some a+ grade craftsmanship and it looks amazing. Thank you for sharing this with us
Since the cost of cigarettes has gotten so high, most people who I know who still smoke only smoke a small number of them a day, and this could be a cool way to carry them around. I would like to see it a little more oval and pocket comfy, but otherwise this is outstanding as usual!
traderjoes That's why I roll my own. In Chicago, after taxes they cost almost $20 a pack. Buying my own tobacco and tubes, they come out to about $2.50 a pack.
Just when I thought it was a crazy amount of work, the man pulls out a second one haha. I really like the idea, also I admire your patience and attention to detail, great video thank you for uploading.
How about an endcap on the dispensing side that is affixed and rotated to align twin openings (like packaged salt from the market) so you don't have to take the whole cap off?
WOW! I used to be a smoker and I tell you now, I would have spent probably 40 bucks on this. I used to be a 25 to 30 cig a day guy but just to have this indestructible unit I would have spent some money. This is the first time in years I wish I was still a smoker so I could message you and ask for a price. ha ha Love the craftsmanship and the detail. Wonderful!!!
its a nice object, attention to detail with the wire accents and shield plates etc is lovely, well done ....nice job. I dont smoke but I can appreciate what it is.
I love this man for the way he uses his drill in so many ways without a fancy lathe or so u still can make almost anything small with the drill Drill squad ✌✌
Mohamed Ahmed I was in the drill squat for many years just as you, though I have to admit, I don't miss it now that I have a full workshop with a woodlathe, a table saw, a drill press, every power sander there is, a router table, lots and lots of festool tooling and a mitre station.
*I have a collection of handmade cigarette cases. Some from my grandmother who lived to be 96 years and smoked 2 packs a day, and the closest thing to a doctor was the funeral guy...God rest her sweet soul. I like to collect them, and they do make great conversation pieces. I'll check out your site. Great job.*
It looks soooooo awweeessssoommmeee but am a kid i wish it was a usb or something else. But i reallly doooo love that awesome old rustic age look. Its soooo beautifull
I quit smoking five years ago and anyway this cigarette case is completely awesome and i´d want to have one, perhaps to hold.... it doesn't matters, is awesome
The spring loaded punch used in the video, I had one and lost it and I forgot what they are called, so now when I try to explaining too someone at home depot they don't know what I'm talking about. Can anyone help me please
Banjo Show Nice! So the point is probably to clean the copper from any oxides and to open the metal atomic stucture for further polishing and soldering if I am correct?
Banjo Show Ok thanks! I really appreciate your communication with us. Some youtubers dont care and never reply to the viewer. You do and that means a lot! Thanks.
Thanks! If a person asks something reasonable, it would be a sin not to answer him) I read always and all my comments but not always have the opportunity to answer all and the more the number of subscribers on the channel becomes the more difficult it is for everyone to respond.
Ideal for when u want to take a moment for ur cigarrete, now it really feels special. From a normal pack it is easy to find it normal, and u can easily smoke to much on a day. Now u have a limit and it looks awesome.
Not sure if I missed you putti glass or something to seal off the large viewing slots but this is an easy way to dry out your cigs in a few hrs time. Looks good though.
As a smoker when I go to places like festivals or bbqs or even when I'm out biking around i find I'm constantly crushing my pack and this would be a great way to take some smokes with me wherever without the risk of breaking them I might try and design something similar. Thanks for the idea!

Working with copper is so satisfying. Thanks for sharing.
5:50 omg .. uhhh man so satisfying.. i wish i have a sanding sponge instead of the boring sandpapers
I’m not a smoker, but I can appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship. Very SteamPunk.
This is probably my favourite favorite project on your channel. And i dont even smoke lol
So much of craftsmanship for so little a purpose.
Since the cost of cigarettes has gotten so high, most people who I know who still smoke only smoke a small number of them a day, and this could be a cool way to carry them around. I would like to see it a little more oval and pocket comfy, but otherwise this is outstanding as usual!
This is one way to not smoke a lot ;) Thanks!
Banjo Show this would b3e a good prank

Just hammer it down
keithupton86ku In belarus they cost 40 cents a pack
Really, really beautiful. If I still smoked I'd want one.
Now, a mechanical vape that looked like this would be a *definite* purchase from me.
Just when I thought it was a crazy amount of work, the man pulls out a second one haha. I really like the idea, also I admire your patience and attention to detail, great video thank you for uploading.

Hi
How many hours did you need for this project? Looks awesome ! Greetings Mr.Handwerk :)
Thank you! 2 days or 16 working hours, not considering the search for materials.

I definitely need this for my cigs. What a cool piece and conversation starter.
I don't like anything having to do with cigarettes but this was a cool project.
you could use it to hold a joint
fall22123 I agree fully why would you spend you're money on cigaretts when you could buy something nice or support you're family
Dominic Lakatos With all that money you save by not smoking you should get some grammar lessons
+Neon Rain word😎✌🏻🌲🌲🔥🌬💨💨💨💨🌪🌫😆😏😋😎
Gustavo Hernandez ah, the unoriginal idea of insulting someone because of their grammar, even if it is completely unrelated to the topic.
Amazing craftsmanship!! I would absolutely buy one.
I don't smoke cigs but I want one lol (for my friend)
It looks soooooo awweeessssoommmeee but am a kid i wish it was a usb or something else. But i reallly doooo love that awesome old rustic age look. Its soooo beautifull

Thanks so much!!!!! I'm going to have the COOLEST cigarette holder ever I'm so glad you fab'd this. You have amazing workmanship I'd hire you
Damn i would like one of those❤️ masterpiece❤️
romanisfuckingawesome 2017 Teamo
Fascinating to watch this fella he’s a genius
Damn that would be nice asf for pre rolls
Sp33dyswhitness - godly idea
That would be dope but you'd have to figure out a way to enclose it with glass or plastic. With those holes they'd dry out pretty quick.
Jesse Rauback would actually be pretty simple to.close off the 2 Windows with a thin sheet of plexiglass if that's the concern
Trueee
I really wish I could afford things like this. wish they weren't so expensive lol but I see why, great job!!! keep up the great work!!!
This makes me wanna start smoking again lmao
Make a cigar holder next?
That is some real artwork. Great job!
Great build! Very creative👍👍👍

Cool looking cig holder..
Good for keeping those quick cigarettes. Nice work.

Great video. I really like the scroll saw jig.
The spring loaded punch used in the video, I had one and lost it and I forgot what they are called, so now when I try to explaining too someone at home depot they don't know what I'm talking about. Can anyone help me please
Mr Kage It's called an automatic center punch. The one I have is made by General Tools. Costs about $6 at Lowe's.
2 bucks harbor freight spring automatic center punch

Quite right!
