What is Catan (Universe)?
Catan, previously known as The Settlers of Catan or simply Settlers, is a multiplayer board game designed by Klaus Teuber. It was first published in 1995 in Germany by Franckh-Kosmos Verlag (Kosmos) as Die Siedler von Catan. Players take on the roles of settlers, each attempting to build and develop holdings while trading and acquiring resources. Players gain points as their settlements grow; the first to reach a set number of points, typically 10, wins. The game and its many expansions are also published by Catan Studio, Filosofia, GP, Inc., 999 Games, Κάισσα, and Devir.

the lack of 6's crushed reds game. not sure what your opponents were doing that game, but i guess that is to be expected from such a low elo game, yellow just feeding you cities. you have to be aware of the low resources, you were on the highest producing brick, and you didnt have any so there was none. you also have to see that you only have 2 pips of wood, trying to play a road game is going to work long term, but you won before red to take road.
I wouldn’t really consider this low elo with a GM in there. I agree road shouldn’t have been my main path to victory, but I only pivoted to it because red didn’t go for it early enough.
