@@gabrielc.05 I say that Ch’en S2 is still pretty good, especially with her Module. Her S3 will definitely be taken over by Degenbrecher’s S3 due to having a passive SP charge and targets more than 1 enemies, however Ch’en’s talent and module can come very handy for her S2 for a pseudo passive SP charge on top of a SP on hit. Honestly, the one buff that they could do for S3 to make Ch’en even better is to have it so that it damages more than 1 enemies.
