They are building infrastructure that they actually have experience building in China and elsewhere. Is it Nigerians who are building ordinary houses and apartment blocks that collapse, with no earthquake shaking the ground that should be used? We do not have the capacity and know how within the population to design and build trains, bridges, airports and other infrastructure of any standard. Therefore foreigners will have to do it. We should be sending Nigerians abroad to train and give them experience in these project, until we are able to do it all internally. We don't invest in our own for this to be a future reality. You may not like it but it's the truth.
