- A general audience to celebrate the 64th birthday of Japan Emperor Naruhito was held at the Imperial Palace on the morning of February 23rd, 2024. Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako stood on the veranda of the Chowa-den Palace and waved to the gathered people. The event took place three times at 10:20 AM, 11:00 AM, and 11:40 AM respectively.
