That’s incredible! I’ve owned a couple of surplus Mosin Nagants, but I wouldn’t know that this was a replica without very close inspection. It is spot on!
The Mosin Nagant is a bolt action rifle made in the russian empire and further expanded on in the 30s by the Soviet Union. The Mosin nagant was the standard issue rifle for the Soviet Union from 1930 to 1963 when the honestly much less pretty and semi-automatic dragonauv SVD replaced it. The Mosin nagant is praised although is also hated in favor for other similar guns such as the arisaka made by the Japanese empire, the Karabainer 98k made by Germany, and other guns that were not exactly bolt action such as the M1 Garand in 1936 and the AK47, the AK becoming the iconic Soviet rifle. The Mosin nagant has been placed in many games although usually being accompanied by similar rifles from the same period. The Obrez pistol was a sawed of variant of the Mosin featuring the lack of a real stock and the barrel sawed to practically the limit although this was not with it’s drawbacks.
This deserves more likes
At this point might as well just make a real gun.
Or buy a real mosin Nagant
What if I told you some people build things because they enjoy the process and not the end product...
Jayden it would be harder as you would actualy make a working bolt and a triger mechanisum with is a lot harder then geting a few metal bars onto a pice of wood
@@TacticoolCraig nah they are getting a bit expencive now
You don't have to register this and you don't have to worry about the authorities busting down your door for illegally making a firearm.
Has every tool in the world....
Uses 1/4" detail brush to stain and finish a whole gun stock.
Doesn't do anything interesting.
Writes a comment only to nag about a detail of the work of a craftsman.
@@fleeboredom4629 Oh comon', its all fun! I've used way worse. Not nagging, friendly teasing! I just thought it was funny, he had a detail brush within reach, so he used it rather than a rag/foam brush/ or in a pinch, a bigger brush. Jeesh.
It was probably pretty relaxing
Maybe that all he had at the time
@@fleeboredom4629 shut up you nazi
As someone who owns a mosin PU sniper rifle I have to say, that was truly a pleasure to watch. Amazing build!
The idea using Airsoft Makarov's mechanism is interesting. Amazing project!
Impressive skill set. Very enjoyable to watch you put it together. Thanks.
I still believe that my pneumatics and your art would really get along well together
That was actually really great and the little details were there. Just like the real one I had
I appreciate the fact that you move the camera when you weld. 👍
I'm impressed with how many little details you actually worked in.
Nice work! Great ingenuity man. It looks like the real deal. I wouldn't have guessed that it would turn out that good.
I owned a couple of mosins and the level of accuracy you achieved is mindblowing.
هههههعععععععععهههههههه
Awesome, maybe build something from metro 2033.
Nvm just went through your videos hahahaha
Wicked job man!!

as a owner of a mosin and someone who dabbles in machining i can confirm your rifle is more refined in quality than any mosin out there
Kid:
"Dad, I want a toy gun for my birthday!"
Dad:
*Chuckles* "Okay son"
I thought almost the same
you wish
I wish I knew shop shit. Then I could literally make anything I've ever wanted like this guy.
You sir are quite a good craftsman, not many people can do what you did let alone have the balls to even try it, that come out outstanding.
You have golden hands, absolutely fantastic replica
Man I need to get you to make me a Dragonov stock for one of my mosins!!!!
Absolutely fantastic... love to have one
fIRST, COOL PROJECT! Cutting that airspft pistol down to fit the rifle was unexpected! What I REALLY liked was all the milling and shaping with great TOOLS! Growing up on the farm we had a full shop to make or keep anything running. It spoiled me for life. my wife bought me an anvil for my bday and I carry pics in my wallet with the kids. Anyway, way to go on the project! Definitely a good watch!!!
I've owned so many mosins. This guy did his research thats for damn sure.
People just saying to buy a real one, but yours is great because YOU made it. Keep up the good work!
Again great job with tue wood and the metall. Also its amazing with the airsoft spring mechamism😍
You're one hell of a multi-skilled craftsman. Love your videos bro'.
Now thats some real craftmanship
Glad you didn’t ruin a perfectly good mosin I had no idea this wasn’t real
You mean making a PU sniper clone? 1 that's not ruining a mosin 2 they are garbage rods it wouldn't ruin it
No they are historical rifles just because they were cheap a few years ago does not mean they are garbage my mosin is very smooth and shoots great don’t treat history like trash
@@supermoon1430 no they are garbage that the commies produced by the million
@@supermoon1430 also for every decent Mosin there are 50 that are garbage I had an m44 from 1952 it was neat but my k98 is MASSIVELY better and has more history
1423 171 no it’s do to ignorance not getting cosmoling out of it and other things not done correct bet you say that about aks to? I’ve seen rough m1 grands ars some people can’t get over themselves and bash guns they can’t use I could probably outshoot a modern stock rifle with my mosin
What I gotten out of this video is how to make a good stock for my REAL Mosin.
Damn son that look so good!
Bet this guy could make the real mosin nagant too with these tools really nice replica you know your stuff 👌
funny song choice for making a replica.
"why do you always try to be someone you're not"
Pls, make tutorial on how to make an airgun, or full auto mechanism, or simply some m14/ms16 would be great.btw nice videos. I mean effects, camera set up, and basically all you do. I do such thing too, but I got a bit less skills and power tools. (I have everything except cnc)
That is quite an impressive build! I actually own a real Russian military surplus Mosin Nagant M91/30 rifle and your prop looks amazingly like it. Gotta a subscribe to you now lol
Wow that stock is amazing. I was recently looking up replacement stocks for a Springfield 1903 and although you can get them there's not a crazy amount of them out there compared to the amount of rifles out there.
There are thousands of Mosins and Springfields and Mausers that are over a hundred years old that people still own, and the new-old stock of new-old stocks (har har see what I did there) are probably dwindling. Probably a market for hand-made stocks for these surplus pews.
Dear author i like all off your DIY airsoft sniper from games i want be crafter like you and i wanna now all of your used Machinery, tools, material, and the type off Wood you use and tips to be crafter.
Thank you
I turned $200 in to one of these and mine goes boom.

where the hell did you get one for under 800 dollars
lmao i came here bc Insurgency 2014 but...
your crafting skills are awesome!!!
impressive! very detailed! congratulations!
Thank you sir for not modifying a real 91/30 into a PU sniper.
Literally just go buy one there’s literally crates of the damn things lol
r you sure 'bout that?
haha yeah. might even be cheaper than making a prop replica XD
@@mr_demeanor6008 nope a real life mosin (used in the ww2) costs about 1k to 2k
Edit: nvm, I was wrong, move along pals
Looks, not action. That's the point of a replica.
Pit Gaming paid 350$ for a all matching pre-war 1932 Tula, don’t know where you get 2 to 3k from lmao
First saw your plane crashing video but jesus this is amazing. Great work man.
Really glad I have a real M1944 Mosin Nagant rifle, it kicks like a horse but fun to shoot!👍
With how much time, effort and money you put into this, could have gotten a real one. 😂 But never the less, good build. Looks like the real deal. 👌🏻
This is not DIY. This is ART. Well done and very Nice result
After watching the video, Hollywood calls. We need 500 rifles by this weekend.
You did a great job buddy 👍

7:57 Perfect ! One detail didn't go unnoticed, the bolt lever is forward, only that detail is missing.
If you're talking about the angle of the bolt lever then this is correct for the Mosin PU (sniper variant) bolt lever to be angled down. However, this being a PUBG build, it could have been changed in-game.
Excellent build! Personally I would of used a CYMA Bolt Action Springer rifle for the guts. BUT again, GREAT Job!
I can talk about your crafts man I have no words
I would be interested in trying this build but I have always been leaned more to the Lee enfield rifle myself
Dude ....youre awesome
Amazing work! Looks like real gun.
You have got advanced skills man that is a fact.
maravilhoso!🥺😍
Wow great work. You could craft a real one with some practice! Nice skills
making a working gun requires a bit more than some practice, it needs education and hella expensive equipment. unless you want to make a historically accurate mosin, that is.
I may have forgotten that you also need to be a licensed gunsmith, and making your own gun is very very illegal pretty much everywhere civilized.
Wow, incredible. Loved the music too!
I'd Love to have one of those for airsoft and wargaming
4:58 biggest voice crack
Wow!! Awesome man...
Now make Kar98k
He made it before
I expected some guy with an gun kit you made an actual replica good on you
