Hi. Sorry. I didn’t emphasize on the terminals because it’s just a test videos. I’ve attached a picture of the terminals I was using. It doesn’t matter which side you decide to use but the terminals are circled in RED. Terminal circled in green/yellow are for the brakes ( I didn’t use these during testing).
I guess I can’t attach a picture. There are 3 sections to the plug. I used the 2 outer sockets to test (did not use the center, those are for the brakes).
@ yea the chair still works fine. But when I push the levers down to push manually, the left motor/wheel stays locked and cannot be pushed. The brake/error symbol shows on the joystick screen like normal when in freewheel but the brake stays engaged.
Would be nice to see what terminals your connecting

The lever is positioned in freewheel mode but the brake is still engaged and chair cannot be pushed manually. What could be the issue?
@@daleydeals it sounds like you have seize motor. Seals probably wore out or damage allowing oil leak and moisturizer into the motor.

@@daleydeals do you hear the left side click when you unlock it?
@@The4ALLC slightly but the tension when switched is significantly less than before the issue
@@daleydeals check the locking component. Make sure it’s tight.
