True, though you get regular BMWs with the M body kits as an option full of M logos on the side panels until you look at the back and it says 318D with just 2 pea shooters rather than 4
Young Den if you mean the A45/CLA45/GLA45 AMGs, then they are still "legit" AMGs. I believe John made the comment because Mercedes diluted the AMG "designation" by (unfortunately) offering AMG cosmetics to non-AMG models. And it's now worse that Mercedes even badges some models as AMG straight from the factory without any engine modifications (i.e.: the C430 AMG). It's really sad because having a real AMG was something special. Now it's not so much from a cosmetic standpoint. But in the end those who know their cars can tell the fakes from the authentic. It's even more fun to roll up with a real AMG next to someone who added the AMG badge to their car and give a gentle rev to remind them nobody is fooled :)
youngblood23rb the original in 2008 looked the same. Very soft. You could barley tell other than the quad exhaust, front bumber, and the 6.3 at the side. Pretty much the same as this version.
This guy has one of the best voices for doing reviews.
LOVE THE 80s style but with new cars!! Keep it up PLEASE!!
I'm getting this car today
How do you like it now?
what about now?
So why is the title of this video incorrect? It's "Mercedes-AMG C63 S"
It looks like you used two different cars
What the fuck did i just watch? This grandpa should join Clarkson May and Hammond
Wasn't aware that there's an specific age one should be to review cars.
This doesn't look any different than a c300,
at least the M3 is wider and stands out way more than a 3 series...
You have no idea what you're talking about. Actually compare the two, they are both distinctive. Plus, lower C-Class models have different styles.

I love everything, except that navigation display. it looks like a tablet attached to the dash, like it was an afterthought.
"it's hard to tell which AMG models are legit these days". LMAO!!!
+incyphe Brabus 850s
Had me for a second to but I think he was referring to A and CLA class cars with no V8.

"It has power for days" Gee John Davis is really keeping up with the new generation's vocabulary lmfao
This deep synth beat needs to be on all reviews
That is a spectacular beat. I want it played every time I enter a party
Interesting.
1980's song ?
At 2:30 you can tell they mixed up video footage of the driver and interior footage of the C63 vs the C43 they must have tested the same day haha
Love how the Motorweek Retro-review music selections have crept into the new videos!
+DaveJCR I thought I was the only one who noticed haha
Yeah the last time that music was in on the 2005 Chevy Cobalt
Great review as always..."Yeshua/Jesus is the way"
This guy just assert that the RS5 and M4 don’t make people smile? Relax bro
I can't stand the new styling on Mercedes cars. Awful.
I like the old front grille more than the new one
Jesus... The same guy all these years
+meek miLL he might actually be the Messiah
Mr. Davis does not age.
The last real C63 was the 2013, the newer models just look to soft and mainstream in my opinion

I’d expect a better quarter mile time
