Lesuride 25 MG Injection belongs to the class of antipsychotic medicines used for the treatment of schizophrenia and depression in adults. This medicine is also used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
Uses of Lesuride 25 MG Injection
Gastroesophagal Reflux Disease (heartburn)
This medicine may also be used for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease marked by increased irritation of the stomach caused by bile and acid.
Irritable bowel syndrome (a condition of the digestive system)
This medicine is used for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome marked by persistent stomach pain, flatulence, diarrhea, or constipation.
Schizophrenia
This medicine is used for the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms like emotional and social withdrawal, lack of interest, etc. in adults, including patients characterized by predominant negative symptoms. Schizophrenia is a brain disorder characterized by delusions, hallucinations, and reduced speaking.
Depression
This medicine is used in the treatment of depression which is an illness characterized by sadness, loss of interest, irritability, and sleeplessness.
