Hi mam , I have seen all of your recipes and i like everyone of it especially the tea cakes .I would like to ask how to bake each cake in a gas oven with single burner (down ) option,My cooking range doesn't have 2 burner option and the manual says the top burner is for grilling and there is no option to lit both burner at the same time.. I hope you could help me ..😢(in addition mine don't have rotisserie option)

As I mentioned in my first comment , I too felt 2 eggs were enough as the batter became too airy and fluffy with 3 eggs.
But Bincy's cake came out so spongy and perfect with three.
The eggs I used were big ones.

I had actually opened a new tin of baking powder for this cake and a different brand. That must hv caused the cake to sink as you said 😊 Added the rt quantity though.
Then I covered the cake and baked for the last 15 minutes. So it got cooked properly. Thank God 😀
