Tbh it could make sense Kiana in genshin is the unkown god and since hydro Archon is probably loyal to celestia (but probably out of fear) and hersscher of ocean is loyal to Kiana then it could make sense for her to look like cana even tho they have a LOT of differences

I'm a nerd at both genshin and honkai lore, but i till now didn't see anything about Mona not being human, yes she had a really strong master. but it doesn't mean they created her. and for albedo, he's technically a copy of the male traveller (you can see a lot of similarities in their outfit right down to the color scheme and patterns), a failed one at that.
