I am posted in Assam and I see and feel the difference every time I travel back home on holidays. We are paying road taxes and bound to travel on bad roads. The issue is because CM and concern department Minister take their commission from every project or scheme. So they are silence on their department's corruption and resulted in the public suffering. So only CM and Minister can solve the issue...
