- And here it is, the one you've all been patient for (well most of you anyway), theme no. 5 goes to Jimmys favourite pony of them all, the amazing, the adorable, the just generally incredible in every way pony, the one the only Applejack.
Edit: I would have to disagree with you on this one Jimmy, we all know that Rainbow Dash is best pony.. ;) -Edd

Words cannot describe how much Jimmy actually loves this pony so it breaks his heart to see that she's the least liked pony of the mane 6, I mean c'mon people, adorable accent, cute little freckles, best big sister ever, there's a massive list but we won't write all out :P
We were gonna wait until AJ got another singing line in the show but we got bored and her episodes (if any) haven't been announced yet, so we decided to finish it.

I always loved Applejack as my favorite of the mane 6. Her southern accent, honest personality, and character design just make her a really interesting character to me. Plus, I really love this southern theme for her. It's just so perfect. I myself have a soft spot for country music.
I like how this song isn't very flashy, but fundamentally very solid, just like Applejack.

She's not even my favorite of the Mane 6 (she comes awful close, though!) but she truly is under-appreciated by a lot of fans.

Applejack is my 2nd least favourite pony with rarity least. It’s not that I hate apple jack, I just find her character a little boring and same for her episodes, though I don’t dislike her.

I've had this on my phone for years and didn't know where it came from. I find my way to the channel running down Loyalty and what do you know? This song captures Applejack in a way I have a hard time describing. From the dependable fiddle to that little bit of Rock'n'Roll.

HOLY CRUD. I heard a sound from Garageband's Apple Loops at 2:32! That's so cool! Its one of my favorite programs to use, being simple and efficient and the only one I have hahaha, and it's one of my favorite loops :)

Honesty doesn't always imply telling absolute truth. In AJ's case, honesty means sincerity in what she says and does. Words of wisdom, acts that help, and no back-stabbing. Lying isn't back-stabbing if it's meant to help out.
Shadow Dash: I'm never gonna forget the time I was just having a nap under a tree on a sunny day, then I wake up and find a certain somepony's hat on my head, and Applejack was just standing right in front of me with a smile on her face and a slight chuckle to go with it. I then pretty much blushed as I smiled back at her. If anything, Applejack is the most honest friend I ever had.

I loved that sudden rock part, very awesome touch to another awesome piece.
The main time Applejack went against her element was in Party of One, when she lied about what was going on in the barn (Construction). That always stood out for me.
The loyalest and most dependable of ponies... your element of honesty is now the element of loyalty.
I hear this and imaging Applejack looking through an old photo album, reminiscing in memories or her childhood, playing and taking care of Applebloom, meeting her new friends, funny times with her family. Like an old clip show of good times. Perhaps she tries one of the tricks she hasn't attempted since she was young during the rock section. But in the end, she decides to close the book to go and continue her wonderful life

Thank you for saying that. I really can't pick a pony I like best....because I really love and respect them all. Even Rarity, who like AJ I had a lot of trouble liking at first. But now I realize how complex she really is, and her good qualities. They all have goods and bads, like anyone else. This makes them all the more real and its more to appreciate. I love them all, but I'll always have a certain attachment to Fluttershy, Luna, and Applejack. They're all amazing though in their own right

This theme works well for Applejack and Applebloom are doing chores around the farm, with some scenes from Applebuck season when AJ is herding cattle and bucking trees.

Well, you made me look up what "enmity" means and after reading some of the other comments around this subject, I admit that you do have a valid point. Dear Princess Celestia, today I learned an important lesson about friendship. It's important to know all of the facts before jumping in on a thread and saying stuff. That said, I still think that honesty is the hardest element of them all. Something about how awesome character depth is.
