Hello IAG family, Sorry that that happened . God is in control. I have a suggestion please find a closet or something that will allow you to create a pantry. Increase that grocery butt budget so that you can get a few cans of vegetables and things that you need and hard times like this. Just think if you weren't able to cross the water you guys would not have much food. Stock up on canned goods until you can have a garden and be able to can your own. God bless you all.

That was quite some water. Y'all's driveway had already lost a lot of the rocks over time. You may soon need to get estimates on a concrete driveway in the near future. You are such a good hearted person you remind me so much of my son, he has been a minister since 19. I raised him to love, have compassion for others, and it worked raising him in the way.
When I saw this I was like wow. My grandmother's brother had a acres of land in Sardis, Ms. I am 68 years old and they still have that land. I remember in the summer going to help them with the cotton, watermelon, peach trees, pigs, cow, and an old mule, etc. I just name a few crops. Yes God is with you. Our family land is still in place. I am the youngest. Some are almost 90 years old. Some of the grands have married and stay on the land today as I am writing this. God won't leave you. Just want to let you know He will never leave you.

That rain came to Dallas, TX before it got to y'all. It rained so hard in short amount of time my backyard flooded. The apartment complex made individual backyards for each ground floor apartment. When it rains real hard & fast like this it floods in my backyard about 5 inches. If I step off my patio it would be to the middle of my calf leg. It's resended now.
Wow the power of water. When drainage system, sewer system. ponds and creeks are already in place hard to really appreciate what would happen if such systems were not in place. Great IAG Farm content!

Unfortunately, I had the same water issue on my property. Your property reminds me of how my drive was, basically in a valley. I'd eventually, had a company come in and assess what needed to be done for proper water flow. In the end, ended up excavating and raising my drive path (about 8-9 feet) at its lowest point, so that the water would flow underneath and not over - definitely worth it! Wishing you all, the best🙏🏾

I love the way you can call the dogs, dogs and they respond , you call the sheep , sheep, they respond and the boys, are boys and they respond . It's just something I noticed while enjoying the vlog. No judgment or anything its just an observation . That water was busy , I wouldn't have known what to do. That was so nice of you to help your neighbor get out of the mud. it reminds me of the old days when my dad use to help strangers start their car, help them get home from the grocery store and so forth.. The world was little bit sweeter back then. Farm life !

I was glad to see you arrive safely back home to Meghan & the boys. What a relief to find that the sheep made it back to higher ground too.
I hope you can replace some of the drain pipes &/or culverts with larger ones @ a later time. So the road won't get washed out again @ a later time. Good to see the pond back up to where it needed to be. With it being so low prior to this video. God always knows best. For the Lord Almighty is the creator of heaven & earth. Rain was needed in order to restore it to it's previous pond level.
Just so grateful for our Lord's mercy & goodness. The cart is really coming in handy & I am so thankful for it being there at a time you could really use it. Such as this occasion.

You need to keep some sandbags around flood barriers, dig you a reservoir for your crops like irrigation ditches,flood walls,flood skirts And don't forget to check your shelter underground
