Are rainbow amethysts really natural? I have seen many comments online saying rainbow amethysts are heat treated or chemically processed to change their color from purple to yellow, black, red, pink, green etc… what is your take on this? Is that just urban myth or a common thing in the rainbow amethyst space?
The one with the “eye”…. The “eye” also looks like a blue whale 🐋!!!

These are gorgeous! What a great variety! But I’m confused on when you say they’re all natural? Some of these definitely look heat treated? It’s hard enough finding genuine pink amethyst. Not trying to hate! Only to understand.
No worries! I get that comment a lot 😊 they are natural, not heat treated, painted or enhanced in any way! The coloring comes from different minerals that get combined with the Amethyst and Quartz under the surface. They all come from a very special set of mines in Uruguay! 🌈
