Robert Welsh has mentioned in his early vids that setting sprays have typically been made to actually use before makeup; working to prevent the oils from our skin coming up and messing with the makeup. and since it’s a mist, it’s still providing hydration for the powder foundation to not look dry and cakey 🤩

I love that you don’t lie and put the products to the test when they are labeled a certain way. This is similar to how i apply my powder foundation. My base is Bobbi Brown Vitamin C face base primer. ❤
I am an MUA's nightmare because everything i put on face will disappear unless i wear a silicone based primer (not for everyday though)and spray setting spay in every step.

I was just curious, are the Elf Halo Glow Beauty Wands as fast drying on you?
I swear they dry before I can blend them, but I do like them.
I don't use a primers or settings sprays under my powder foundation, but I do use whatever water/hydrolat I have and it gives the exacte same finish like the girl (I thought everyone did that)
how does the waterproof nature of the powder interact with the spray on the face?

A small suggestion for the future - if you're reading this 😊 Do be clear in your future sponsorships about the post being sponsored in your video, not just the description. A hashtag saying #blahpartner isn't exactly fulfilling the consumer discretion guidelines that many influencers are being under fire for.
