My son brought home a Hawaiian pizza…white sauce, pineapple, ham and bacon…one bite and I was hooked! There is something about that sweet and salty flavor on a thin crispy crust that tickles my taste buds! But my all time favorite is Margherita pizza…basil, thin tomato slices and mozzarella! Pizza must have lots of sauce IMHO.

You can also assemble your pizza on parchment paper, put that in the oven, and just slide out the parchment after a few minutes.

Let the dough rest. Once the dough is tight it does'nt help to force it into it's final shape. Let it rest for 15 mins between strecthing.
