Yeah also I prefer Mike compare to some others steamer/youtuber because he plays the game with a huge variety of loadouts and tactics not just a showcase of sweaty skills... He makes you love the game in all its aspects.
Players like you that see with your ears are terrifying in a game with such an amazing soundscape. I know some of those wallbangs were more game knowledge than utilizing sound (like knowing to pre-aim at the bounty pickup) but daaaamn man, well done! Thanks as always for the content! :D

As a typical solo hunter I often find myself buying more and more budget then trading up since the chance of shenanigans is so high sometimes. Love the video keep it up
My teammate started using the hand xbow and I have to say I hate the sound pulling the bolts out of AI/players males. It sounds way to similar to a missed bolt shot. So I always go for cover.

I was having this conversation the other day. i only run free hunters with their default loadouts now. I always get owned when I have a Mosin/Dolch loadout but I kill servers with Romero/Axe loadouts. Doesn't make sense
Same feeling. When I have a good round take a Crown and Cringe with slugs or a Nitro from someone I killed with a cheap gun or a sabre then bam in the next game headshot on spawn by sniper or clapped by some cheap ass shotgun by some guy sitting behind a tree not moving. Works like a charm 100% of the time. So yeah every time I take one of these expensive looted guns out for the next raid I get killed before firing a single round. That is why I never bother buying those or even looting them anymore at all.
The universe definitely enjoys making expensive loadouts die to the cheapest stuff it can. I've killed too many Mosin uppercut teams with nothing but an axe to disagree with that.
I honestly don't think people understand the level of auditory processing that you do on the fly. The kill at 25:12, I had to go back and listen a few times to pickup on how you knew when to shoot through the wall. Its insane that you "saw" him in your mind moving around and as soon as you heard him hit the ground you shot and killed him. Totally sick man.

I got a game suggestion if you're looking for another game similar to hunt that might even become more similar to hunt if you want. The Game's name is vampire the Masquerade bloodhunt I'm at the BR where there is excessive ability for movement around the map and beyond that I will say I put in quite a few steam discussions and I want to say at least 90% of the time the devs respond especially during this phase where the game has been taken down from Early Access and is about to be put out in full release sometime this spring with one of those suggestions I even gave them was that everyone should start with the loadout but being able to find upgrade inside the map to kind of keep the same sort of looter feel while making the game even more fast-paced so if you're looking for a new game to jump to because Hunt is kind of letting us all down now bloodhunt is the game to go to if you want a good BR that's all so unique and interesting
I agree, as a solo I play mostly cheap to kinda cheap loadouts for the same reason. Especially true with shotguns; I swear in close combat I trade with the enemy 50% of the time or more because of the 800ms window... So yeah, just pick a Romero and a conversion and let's roll
I got 40k hunt dollars from playing the winter event and some more days and i unlocked almost all the gun variants. Most of the loadouts I used were cheap ones and my favourite weapons are martini henry reposte with explosive ammo, explosive crossbow, winnie with levering, fanning chain pistol and romero hand cannon. Big guns are good but if I have cheaper ones then im a lot more fearless of losing my guns and plan a lot better. After killing people with martini or romero i just taken their mosins and spectres. They spend money to die by a romero in prision
19:45 This homie is completely incapable of playing without flashes. They need work so they can be more than a crutch for long ammo players who never learned how to push. WP on your part though, nice wallbangs. If they absolutely must be directionless retina roasters, then at least make them more expensive as a cost for reliability so it isn't so simple as paying for 3 or 4 flashes, they are so reliable in current form that the price should be kinda crazy, like finding out someone bought 2+ flashes should be the same type of silly as seeing someone going mosin double dolch.. Even better would be making them a timed fuse to remove the undodgeable popflashes you can set up on many corners. That would probably be enough at the current price.
I never user the expansive loadouts. I die in recordtime when i do haha. After almost 2000 hours, i like the cheap ones better. My go too is still the crossbow with a descent handpistol.

Mike and the magic wallbangs oh my god! Recently been doing chain pistol with FMJ and fanning, don’t fan too much but it’s nice to have the option and it’s fun scaring people hiding behind thin metal by showing them they aren’t safe anywhere lol. I forget which edge compound it was but my partner and I were watching a team up at the boss lair from the swamp and they took cover behind metal outside and I hit them like a dozen times while they were crouching in their little panic space.
that's why silencer nagant is the best weapon in the game, you just can't miss the headshot on long ammo boyz, avto, slugs, nitros and so on as long as they are

I've always thought that all weapons are about equally viable/good, they just have certain niches, some weapons can do a lot of things but not as good as the more focused weapons, on a side note I have never understood why people think long ammo is overpowered because of that. My team hovers around 4 to 5 stars so we should feel the difference if long ammo was that good, in my opinion at least.
Long ammo - played correctly - beats everything. BUT. At the same time if you play it smart you have a chance with everything else too. But it's harder
@@PsychoghostGaming How much harder are we talking about? just a slight disadvantage in some situations or a significantly reduced chance to win pretty much always? why is for example a vetterli worse than a mosin within ~30 meters? it kills in two shots, fires faster, has more reserve ammo etc.. There are even more extreme examples like a shotgun or crossbow in close quarters, I feel like in those cases the long ammo user needs to be the one to set up the battlefield to have a chance.
