I’m really hooked on the unsweetened black tea. I still like Itoen Tea’s Tea, their green tea. But the black tea has 100% got me away from soda and it’s one of the best things you can do for your body. Replace high fructose corn syrup drinks with unsweetened tea and your body, and teeth, will thank you later.
I love pure leaf but the thing is most of them are FULL with sugar so generally i stay away from the drink but sometimes i grab it for a quick drink. But overall It's good drink i love pure leaf :)
The number one cause of kidney stones is tea. Oxalates in the leaves. Citric acid prevents the formation of kidney stones. Kidney stone pain is horrible.

My fav tea...I drink the unsweetened Black Tea and add a little splenda...perfect.
Always opening these up as careful as possible but still manage to spill it out everywhere
