Here are a few ideas that came to my mind for you guys :) - Let's always try to keep the whole conversation in the target language, even when we ask for explanations or repetitions (like I did here a couple of times). - Ask for other people's opinions / experiences first, and only then add your own, as this makes it more engaging for your conversation partner - NEVER GIVE UP learning a language: I have failed and stopped learning Japanese so many times in the past, but after keeping at it despite the struggles, now I can finally say that I can speak this language at this level. Sometimes it takes several years, but please never give up!!! --------------------------------- Oh and I just realized that something I said at the 13:15 mark could be interpreted in a horribly unfortunate way... xD So please let me clarify here: obviously I DO NOT mean that it's all about me becoming a better speaker, but what I meant is that, in general, it's all about improving ourselves by learning from our own as well as other people's mistakes. Hi Jason, there are actually already English subtitles, you just need to activate them by clicking on the "CC" button in the bottom right corner of the video screen. Hope this helped and that you enjoy the video :)
how did you learn to speak Japanese? i mean, understand what she was saying and replying on what she said... coz i can read some hiragana and katana characters but when i read some phrases i cant even understand. And when i try to memorize it, I ended up forgetting it. Do you exchange conversations with Japanese? to reach that kind of fluency?
I have just started my Japanese learning class few days before..... I wanna practise to speak ...can you help me?
Hi, of course, follow the link in the description and register on Italki using my link. You will get a 10$ bonus after you take the first lesson with any Japanese tutor you like, there are hundreds you can choose from! :)
Hi, I just saw this video and i found this video really motivate me to learn more, how long does it take for you to be at least in this level ? and what method do you use ? i've learned about 2 months but still hard for me to do some conversation
Un video in giapponese! Yes! Vai così Stefano.
Grazie Emanuele! Sapevo che lo stavi aspettando, e spero che ti sia piaciuto! :))
@@linguaEpassione Grazie mille. Infatti mi è piaciuto molto. Grandissimo
Mi fa piacere! Ma tu lo stai studiando? E se sì, come e da quanto tempo? Qual è l'aspetto che ti dà più grattacapi?
@@linguaEpassione Ciao caro Stefano. Si, lo sto studiando da autodidatta. Sto memorizzando i kana. Per i kanji invece sto cercando un libro di testo che mi aiuti. Per lo meno imparare i kanji di base. Più che difficoltà di impararla, mi resta difficile trovare del giusto materiale. Ho iniziato ad interessarmi a quest'idioma da un paio di mesi.
Arigatoo
How long have you been learning Japanese?
More Japonese conversation plz
Thanks, Alex, it's cool to hear that you'd like to see more!
Oi Stefano! Realmente impressionante!
Obrigado !
Could you please suggest some app where we could have voice calls to native japanese .
Sure, have you tried HelloTalk or Tandem? They work really well and they're free of charge (for basic functions). Hope this helps :)
@@linguaEpassione yes sir i have been trying hellotalk but someone hardly replies which get me demotivated 😞
@@laxmichauhan3131 That is often a problem. Try Tandem (people are a bit more active there) or italki.com (searching for language partners), or languageexchange.com (I think that's the correct name but I may be wrong).
Can someone please tell me how you Improve your speaking and listening skills?
リーアナさん、the best thing to do is to practise more and more, both listening AND speaking! Find an exchange partner and get used to the language as much as possible :)
@@linguaEpassione thank you
i suggest that you need to add a subtitle or translation for this video and interesting topic so that the youtuber will appreciate it.
Hi! There are subtitles to this video, switch them on and enjoy :)
Tykkään, kuinka voin kommentoida videoihisi omalla kielelläni ja sä ymmärrät. Oot aivan uskomaton ja oon seuraillu sun videoita jonku aikaa. Sä motivoit mua jatkamaan korean harjoittelemisessa.
Kiitos, arvostan sun kommenttia enemmän kuin voisitkin kuvitella :) Kiva kuulla, että sait motivatiota sun omaan korean opiskeluun! Jatketaan samaan malliin ;)
これらのレッスンで私が抱えていた最大の問題は、日本語の先生が話すときに私の間違いを訂正しないということです

i hope to understand the conversation without turning the CC.......
Go for it!
Which service you used
Hi, I used the platform Italki to get fantastic Japanese tutors: you can register for free through this link www.italki.com/i/BfEbeE?hl=en_us and get a 10$ bonus as soon as you purchase your first 20$ credit. Highly recommended, that's where I learn most of my languages nowadays!
@@linguaEpassione I used verbal planet
@@belivemyselfasamerican3801 I personally find Italki better, because it has a much larger number of people (both tutors and learners) and lessons are generally cheaper :)
1k!!!

May I ask you if you use Trados to translate?
I don't use Trados for my translations. I've used another programme called Transit, just a bit, but most of the time I've worked without CAT tools. Do you have experience in translation too?
@@linguaEpassione Thank you for your kind reply. Yes, I have experiences in translations too.

@@linguaEpassione ごめんね。あたしはカンジを読むことができないです。
Pronunciation (especially stress) is wonky for some individual words, but seems like you get the overall prosody pattern for Japanese 👍🏼
Would be really cool if you had an English translation but that's a lot of effort tbf lol :)
Hi there! English subtitles are actually available, just switch them on and you can read along. Hope this helps
@@linguaEpassione thank you didn't think of that :) what do you think is the best place for someone to start when learning a new language ?

You are Icelandic . Oh my god . It means language you speak it is Difficult . Icelandic is hard to speak but japanese is easy to speak.
Hello there! I am not from Iceland, I'm from Italy =) In this video I speak in Japanese about Iceland, but I'm Italian. And I can speak some Icelandic too (as you can see on my channel) - thanks so much for watching!!! :)

Always the same problem, Japanese people cannot lead the conversation. How come foreigners who doesn't master the language has to take the difficult task of leading the conversation?
LOL.
Japanese is easy
Speaking Japanese???? The title is In chinese!
Hi SilentSilver, it's actually Japanese too: the reading goes: "nihongo-kaiwa-renshuu".
XxSilentSilverxX Japanese got chinese characters as well... they're kanji, whether I'm not wrong!
「お元気ですか」というのは外国人だけする挨拶みたいです。
