I dont believe the "carry two trinkets" items stack, so rerolling that belly button was the correct choice
The falling stalactites during the Beast fight have a big crack in them. Maybe look through your recording and look at them closely. Its quite easy to see once you know what to look for, though it might be hard if the situation is already tense

There are a bunch of trinkets that could be items. Imo seal of baphomet is straight up Q4
For the question of the day, it's not a super fun lighthearted answer, but if someone misgenders me, I have realised I very much do unconciously hold a grudge in relation to that. Not very enjoyable!

@@MilanaLR both secret room and super secret room have the same pool. Ultra secret room (the red one) has its own pool full of red items (stuff like red key, bloody l/g-ust, or even sacred heart and brimstone)
