Good video. Although this Calella is not in the Costa Brava. Costa Brava is more on the north and where is Calella de Palafrugell which is another town.

Hi there, I can't say for sure as we only had a short stay for a few days but we did notice a lot of dogs on the beaches, such as the one in the video. Sorry I can't be of more help with this one 😊

Mainly the beaches in the Costa Brava are coarse shingle, less in terms of fine sand, so I wouldn't have thought there would be any danger of this ☺️
