Peck's made different varieties of meat spread and some date back to 1891 and made it from Britain in 1900-1906 to Australia. These are very collectible.

I watch mudlarking videos where people find these all the time in rivers and bottle dumps. They have different makers, sizes and styles. In England they call them “paste” jars. Meat paste and fish paste must have been a very popular staple to have and feed your family. Yuck! Shippam’s is another popular brand besides the one Jeanette mentioned above.

I love how you put a text to describe what you find. When people are digging on dry it is easy to say what you find. But you spend MOST of your time under water and the text descriptions are wonderful. Thanks Michael.

Hi Micheal i have been watching a young fellow by the name of Dallas who actually does the same thing that you do his insignia is MAN + RIVER & he recover's lost phones and other treasure's that he and his friends find , it's so cool watching you two do what you love doing and it show's us that can't do it because of Lung troubles ( Ex Smoker for 20+ yrs ) and can't hold my breath for any longer than 20 sec's , but I love watching and that give's me an awesome feeling when you find the owner's ,as well as the looks on their relieved faces to get their property back - Happy Hunting !!

Michael I've only got one request . Please can you send some crystal clear water from Australia to Hong Kong. Every time I go on a hunt I find tons of things but can never do an underwater video cause the visibility is so bad in HKG. Still another awesome video from you and some wicked footage. I love the octopus. Good luck on the next hunt / ring recovery.

Bullet looks like a fired .38, copper jacket and lead core. Fired at a rock, which deformed the nose. Jar looks like the Fish and Meat Paste jars we used to have in England. The were made by Shippams, yours by Pecks.

The bullet looks like a pistol round. The marks on the side of the bullet suggest that it ricocheted off of a rock, and it's very tarnished, probably old, I doubt it was fired from in the water. Nice find!

Hi my friend haven’t any videos myself yet but have been digging for over 30 years,, mine are not underwater though I would be to afraid to be eaten by a shark lol 😂
Been following for a while now and always enjoy the vids and your enthusiasm is great.. I do a ton of park, yards and estates and find tons of silver and gold jewelry but for me now I’m more excited to find an old car or toy type item than coins and jewelry as daft as that may sound lol
But to me when you seen one you seen them all haha.. I try to also return as many as possible and do well returning old class rings,, wedding bands but more difficult..
respect for what you do brother and be safe in those waters.. last time I visited there I got spanked by a jelly fish and it sucked lol

When you can take a short vacation to Puerto Rico to visit.. the castle of El Morro (san felipe del morro), the bacardi factoty they have a tour, the rain forrest, the old city of old san juan .. theres much more but it'll be to long to describe.. the ocean views are ridiculous and no passport is needed from the US the afore mentioned can be done while staying in the NE side of the island (check it all out on youtube)..
