That was really interesting. How does the team handle repairs when they're necessary? Do you have to find or re-create materials, for instance mortar, that closely match the originals? Do you have specialist craftsmen and women on hand who can backward engineer the building techniques used from different eras, so that repairs are sympathetic, durable and, as far as it's possible to predict, not likely to have any unintended impact on the structures being repaired?
