- Hello my name is Alfie. I am a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, and this is me playing in the woods, and swimming in a beautiful lagoon. I had an amazing day exploring British Columbia's natural habitat with mom and dad.

Hi! I am very interested in these dogs but would like to know more info about them. Do they shed a lot? Do they need tons of grooming? Also, do they need to be walked a lot? That's all I need to ask. Thanks!
Best dogs ever!!!! Alfie is super chill at home, but once outside he's like a little fur ball of thunder. They don't shed a lot, it seems to be seasonal, regular brushing helps them keep cool, and hair away from your house. They do need a lot of stimulation, we walk Alfie 3-4 times a day, one of the walks being a swim or high intensity run, and we make sure he's tired when in the house, otherwise they will find a way to entertain themselves with your shoes or furniture. They are super energetic, and love to be outside. They are definitely not a "once a day" walk dog.
Hello ! I love your videos! I am very interested in this kind of dog! I tried to find some informations about it but I didn't find some really concrete informations . Does this kind of dog bark a lot ?
