After replacing the pads, pump the brakes with your foot. If it does not help, then try to change the brake fluid. If there are no changes, then please contact for help from a mechanic.
So the mechanic only put one new brake pad in? Of course not. But I'm only emphasising the fact that there was way too much b roll in this video and not enough of the view of the brake calliper!

its a great video but, I am kinda unsure what do you mean by end bit ? like a allen key or hex bit?
The caliper mounting bracket bolts should be thread locked. Haynes recommend replacing them too, though finding new ones isn’t easy.

2 bolts must have locktite!!! Very dangerous this.
