Another fascinating little tour Rhiannon - as someone who has had all number of knee injuries over the years I feel your pain (quite literally!) - A good excuse to rest up and chill if nothing else!!
Awww gosh, I am sorry to hear that you have knee trouble too. I hope they're not giving you jip currently! Yes, I'm trying my best to keep it well rested...though yesterday my parents pushed me around Warwick castle in a wheelchair. It was hard to get used to, but I'm so glad that I still went and experienced it. I highly recommend it by the way, if you've not been before.
That's so funny! 😂 I was so confused when I saw it. Aww thank you, yeah the doctor told me I need rest, ice and heat, and not to turn corners. So I look a bit strange when I hobble around in straight lines.
