The Impact line from TH is really decent - the cap has a 4m travel spray built in so that will be why the lid is so heavy. A lot of the Hermes fragrances can be a bit too subtle for my taste but you can't deny the quality and I don't particularly like anything from the Prada L'homme line.
I have the 50ml of the Tommy Impact. The 100ml has the extra ml in the lid. It’s just well made, the lid and the whole bottle feels good. The Prada Amber I see why it has been discontinued but I can also see people missing it. Hermes’s quality is undeniable.
Very nice...have several of the ones your purchased. Very interested in our upcoming Middle Eastern haul. After picking-up wave after wave of stellar Middle Easter Pickups from Rasasi, Lattafa, Armaf, etc., I took a break because a couple-three were on the less than stellar side (just cheap knock-offs of designers IMO). Hoping to find some more heavy-hitters. Cheers!
If you keep buying lots of middle eastern fragrances you end up eventually getting some meh ones or dupes of what you already have. They are mostly wow when you first experience them or after taking a long break from them. Can you name some of the ones that you bought that had the wow factor? Thanks!
Was that Hermes genuine? Hard to believe that the quality control would be so poor. 🤔 Amber Pour Homme my fav of the bunch. My original white button-down fragrance. 👔😄
The Hermes was bought from Boots store, which is one of the most popular physical stores in UK when it comes to fragrances. I honestly don’t know what happened, because the box was still intact, even if it was smelling. Might have been leaking before being put in the box. But yes, they lack hood quality control. I remember licking the Amber Pour Homme a lot more, but now it was more of a dislike 😳
