Lake effect snow continues to impact areas south of Buffalo, New York today. i-90 west in southern Erie county has been shutdown due to multiple wrecks. Traffic on the interstate is backed up for over 10 miles due to semi truck wrecks. Heavy snow is leading to reduced visibilities and whiteout conditions, making travel nearly impossible.
