Some advice, if you want to try taking a cold shower don’t just immediately start with ice cold water. Start with your normal temperature and slowly turn down the heat. When you start with ice cold water it shocks you and your nerves since the human body is naturally warm, so just take baby steps, whether those baby steps all happen in one shower or over a period of multiple showers.

Just because in russian youtube there were the lucky block runs or like "kingofdarknesscerberusaid" (very strange name) played on servers with lucky block runs and in the end you battle with random players, that ran this path too, you will battle with them.
